However, in the real world, the customer or the dealer may have to back out of the deal for various reasons. Here is a list of situations in which the refund and cancellation policy can be used:
- Unavailability of stock
- Cancellation by customer
- Non-Receipt of Payment
- Limitation of quantity available for purchase
- Disputes and complaints
If your order is not delivered or is damaged in transit for any reason, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund, as requested. If you receive only a portion of your order, we will issue a full refund and charge you only for the product(s) you received. Please allow us 30 business days from the date of shipment. If you have not received your order after 30 days or received any notification that your order was on hold or returned to the sender, please get in touch with us, and we will act on your request as soon as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the products for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide a free replacement or refund for that product. Queries received after 45 days will not be considered.
